Getting to know you

Before I dive into the massage itself, I begin by conducting a 15 minutes assessment to understand your health history, lifestyle, and any specific concerns you may have. This information will help me tailor the session to meet your unique needs. I always love to spend a good amount of time getting to know you, your physical, mental and emotional health, before we start the massage. And together, we set an intention of healing for whatever needs to be released.

The massage

During a reflexology session, you will be comfortably lying down, and I will use my hands and fingers to apply specific techniques and pressure to the reflex points on your feet. The pressure applied can vary depending on your preferences and needs, and it should feel firm but not painful. The goal is to activate the nerve endings in these reflex points and stimulate the corresponding organs or systems in your body. You may feel sensations such as tingling, warmth, or even mild discomfort as I work on certain reflex points. It's important to communicate any sensations or discomfort you may experience, as it can provide valuable feedback about the state of your body and help me adjust the session accordingly.

After the treatment

After the reflexology session, it's common to feel deeply relaxed and rejuvenated. It's important to drink plenty of water to help flush out any toxins that may have been released during the session, and to support the body's natural healing process.
